Directors & Shareholders Search Report ("DSS")
Often due diligence is required to check on whether a Shareholder and/or Director of a company holds similar corporate positions in other companies located in the same country.
The DSS Report provides the ability to check and confirm whether an individual holds the position of either Director and/or Shareholder in other companies.
Contents of the DSS Report includes:
- Legal Business Entity Name (English)
- Name of the person
- Position maintained (Director / Shareholder)
- Status of the Position
Does the Directors & Shareholders Search Report ("DSS") also include previously held positions as Director and/or Shareholder?
No.
Only the positions that are currently maintained.
Is the search performed on companies that are located outside the country specified in the order details?
No.
The search is conducted only on one (1) country.
Is the search conducted on the official name of the Individual, or also other known names ("aka")?
Conditional GlobalCIS® is made aware of other names used by the Individual at the time of ordering, all names associated with the Individual will be included, where possible.
Can the searches include local languages such as Chinese, Japanese, French, and so on?
Yes.
Conditional GlobalCIS® is made aware of the name in local language and conditional the national language of the designated country is the same, the local language name will be used as the primary search criteria.
