Company Search & Validation Report ("CSV")
In instances whereby a User is unable to accurately identify the business entity being checked, the CSV function can be used to quickly verify the legal status of businesses anywhere in the world.
Upon receipt of a CSV order, locally based GlobalCIS® Credit Analysts will manually check with local Statutory Authorities and confirm whether there exists any company registered per the name supplied, and if it is confirmed that the business entity is legally registered, then the corresponding statutory data will be listed in the CSV report and sent to the User.
In instances, whereby it is found that the business entity does NOT exist, a report will be prepared and emailed to the subscriber, confirming:
- The date on which government records were checked.
- The name of the government office at which the search was conducted.
- A confirmation that no entity by the specified name was found.
What is the Turnaround time for completing a CSV?
In most instances it will be completed within 24 hours (1 working day). But occasionally registry searches may require longer period, depending on the country and level of computerization of the registry.
Is there any limitation as to what type of company, business entity, or government entity can be searched?
No, there is no limitation.
