We collect information on businesses and business Office Holders, Shareholders, Directors, Principals of partnerships, owners of sole-proprietorships, so we can supply our customers (Authorized Users) with data about organizations and their corresponding principle owners.

This information is obtained from public records such as business registrations, Statutory records, annual filings, published annual reports, stock exchange releases, Import / Export data, corporate websites and bankruptcy filings.

We do NOT collect information that is deemed to be sensitive under applicable laws to be included in our products and services
