When Users visit our Website, register on the Website to apply on behalf of their company, as an Authorized User in connection with corporate credit information products and services we make available on our Website. Users may be asked for as appropriate, a number of non-personal data, including but not limited to their company name, company email address, License number, corporate address, phone number, URL, company VAT and the person/s (first & second name and job title) who the company ("The Subscriber") identifies as the Authorized User of our product and services, and to whom the Password and User ID is subsequently issued by us.

The information supplied to us is to assist in accurately identifying the company and to enable them to subsequently become a corporate subscriber and permit Authorized Users to access our log-in Website functions. At all times, such information as supplied is done so on a voluntary basis.

Users may, anonymously visit and browse our Website in which case we do NOT request nor collect ANY personal data.

How we use collected information

We use the Non-personal information (corporate data) and personal information of the Authorized Users that has been supplied by the Applicant company for the following purposes:

  • To process transactions when Authorized Users place orders and to service that order, as well as provide relevant information as requested by the Authorized User.
  • To identify the applying corporation is legally registered in the country listed in their application and stored to identify as a means to send monthly Usage Statements and invoices to the company.
  • Any personal data that you give us (name of the Authorized User) and the corresponding corporate email address will be used to deliver ordered reports to the Authorized User.
  • At all times this data will be treated with the utmost care and security. The personal data we collect is used to provide you with the service that you have requested via your application to become an Authorized User of GlobalCIS®.
  • To reply to Customer (Authorized User) queries relating to report contents, financial analysis, risk and credit score of companies, and multi-lingual translations of the company names as supplied in report.
  • To send Authorized Users information and updates pertaining to their orders as well as (a) respond to their inquiries and requests regarding quality control, or (b) provide relevant information as requested by them.

Mailing Lists

We do NOT maintain ANY form of unsolicited mailing list.

User's right to termination of on-line services

If at any time the Subscriber and/or the Authorized Users wish to cease usage of our on-line systems, and whereby we have completed all of our legal obligations under the supply agreement, all information (Corporate and personal) are immediately removed (deleted) from our systems.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and Defense Grade security measures to protect against un-authorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your Corporate and personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Website.
